PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, prayed to modify the conditions (a) that the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, of which one must be the blood surety and the another must be the local surety, for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, with further conditions.
(i)that the surety memo and solvency certificate of the sureties, along with the email ID of the counsel for the petitioner/accused, be filed/received only through the drop box of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sathyamangalam. Imposed in Crl.MP.1031 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode District on 30.06.2021 in Crime No.64 of 2021.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed to to modify the conditions (a) that the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of
Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, of which one must be the blood surety and the another must be the local surety, for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, with further conditions.
(i)that the surety memo and solvency certificate of the sureties, along with the email ID of the counsel for the petitioner/accused, be filed/received only through the drop box of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sathyamangalam. imposed in Crl.MP.1031 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode District on 30.06.2021 in Crime No.64 of 2021.
2. The Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode District, vide order dated 30.06.2021 in Crl.MP.No.1031 of 2021 in Crime No.64 of 2021, while granted bail to the petitioner/accused, imposed the aforesaid condition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the condition imposed for production of two sureties, out of which, one must be the blood surety and another must be the local surety may be modified, as the petitioner belongs to Karnataka State and would find it difficult to provide local surety.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has no previous case and, therefore, he has no objection for modifying the order.
5. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition relating to production of local surety to that of surety from the State of Karnataka from which the petitioner/accused hails, as ordered by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode District, vide order dated 30.06.2021 in Crl.MP.No.1031 of 2021 in Crime No.64 of 2021. Apart from the aforesaid modification, the order passed by the court below in all other aspects stands unaltered.
