O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., daily other than the days the case is posted for trial before the trial Court, imposed on 22.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10931 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10931 of 2020, on 22.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the condition and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10931 of 2020 on 22.07.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
