ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.12972 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019 for executing the sureties.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners are unable to comply with the condition. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. In view of the above submission, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
