ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to survey and point out the field boundary line and show the exact measurement of the petitioners property in Survey Nos.135/4, 135/2 Patta No.846 to an extent of Punjai Hectare 0.22.5 Punjai Ares 0.55 1/2 cents situated in Booganahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District and in Survey Nos.135/6, 136/1, 136/6, 139/1, 142/2, Patta No.847 to an extent of Nunjai Hectare 0.68.5 Nunjai Acres 1.69 cents and 137/1, 138/1 Patta No.2227 to extent of 0.80.50 Hectares situated in Booganahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District based on petitioner representation dated 05.02.2024.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 05.02.2024 with a request for surveying the property, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
