A.No.3170 of 2023 in C.S.No.50 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA, J This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed plaintiffs 3 and 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd plaintiff Margaret Smith (died on 16.05.2023) and rank them as parties as the 3rd plaintiff and 4th plaintiff in C.S.No.50 of 2022.

2. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant/1st plaintiff, this application is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments within a period of two weeks.
