When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai. As per the settlement, both the parties filed a petition for divorce by mutual consent.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
