Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5182 of 2020 order dated 10/09/2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNA ELANGO, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5182 of 2020 on 10.09.2020, to report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5182 of 2020 on 10.09.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 am. After filing of charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every hearing without fail.
