ORDER
Seeking cancellation of patta given to the private respondents, the petitioner made a representation on 26-04-2013. After receipt of the said representation, a report has been received from the Revenue Inspector. Thereafter, the petitioner was asked to be present along with the records on 05-11-2013 as per the enquiry notice dated 19-10-2013. As no further progress has been made, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.
Considering the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 26-04-2013 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondent. 3.
The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
