ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.02.2016 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report before the competent Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 27.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.93 of 2016 and the same was closed. 4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
