The petitioner preferred a second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to the first respondent on 08-06-2015. As the same has not yet been disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. 2.
Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 30 days.
