It is seen that the respondent has settled the dues to the applicant and since there is nothing due by the respondents, the present application has been taken up for raising the attachment order dated 26.09.2019 in A.No.901 of 2019.

Recording the above contentions, this application is allowed and the attachment ordered in A.No.901 of 2019 dated 26.09.2019 is raised and the copy of this order shall be transmitted to District Court Nagercoil, as prayed for.
