ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.252 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 18.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram as to how long he will take for disposal of the Original Petition. The learned Judge sent a report stating that he would require six months to dispose of the interlocutory application, filed for return of articles as well as the main Original Petition.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, there shall be a direction to him to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.252 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
