ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 30.10.2015 and made in W.P.No.34916 of 2015.

2.Heard the submissions of Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the respondent has passed an order dated 19.08.2016, in No.L 1 2015/01/2016-IR(B-I) referring the dispute for adjudication to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal - cum - Labour Court, Chennai.

3.Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the order passed by the respondent, the second respondent in the writ petition has to pass further orders and seeks time to submit a representation in this regard.

4.The order of the respondent/ contemnor dated 19.08.2016, is taken on file and recorded. The petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to the second respondent in the writ petition, in this regard. This Contempt Petition is closed subject to the above observations.
