O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between themselves out of Court. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made the following endorsement.

" It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled the O.P. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners to withdraw the O.P as settled out of Court and to refund the appropriate Court fee if any in the name of the second petitioner, S.Senthilkumar."

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the original petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected application is closed. The Registry is directed to refund the necessary Court fee, if any, in the name of the second petitioner as per the Rules in force. 03.06.2019 srn
