Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings No.4651/BN2/2019, dated 25.06.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same in so far the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to retain him in the 3rd respondent University itself or to transfer the petitioner to a college near his residence.

The matter is taken up through web hearing.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.Karthigai Balan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that in response to the request https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made by the petitioner being the 60% physically disabled, he has been redeployed in an institution which is very close to his earlier employment. In view of the statement being made, this Court finds that the prayer in the writ petition has been answered favourably and nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

3. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
