Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner directed to appear before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitoner in Crl.M.P.no.4648 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.no.783 of 2021 dated 15/04/2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJINIKANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 15.04.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 02.03.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
