PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents herein to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2021 made by the petitioner in Ref.No.HTJ121079680 and proceed it accordingly as per law within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and to pass such further or other orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the respondents herein to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2021 made by the petitioner in Ref.No.HTJ121079680 and proceed it accordingly as per law within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on 18.06.2021, the petitioner sent a complaint through online, despite no action has been taken by the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that no such complaint has been received from the petitioner. If the petitioner files a complaint before the respondents the same would be considered and action would be taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the same, either the petitioner or her husband is directed to submit the complaint dated 18.06.2021 before the respondent police and also directed to participate in the enquiry conducted by the respondent police. 5.With the above directions this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
