ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner as well as petitioner's property situated at Kidamangalam Village in survey No.51/1 measuring 3 acres 62 cents in Nagapattinam District as per the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2022.

2. The petition itself indicates that there is a rival claim between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petition mentioned property, which belongs to Arulmigu Kailasanathar Temple and it is under the control of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) Department. Therefore, a blanket order cannot be granted by this Court.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court.
