This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.26 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Section 420 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2020 and also filed a charge sheet on 03.08.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode.
