(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to involve in the civil dispute and initiate coercive action against the construction of the houses in the plots allotted to the petitioner and his sister Padmini at Door No.19/17/1, Stephenson Road, Vyasarpadi, Chennai-600 039. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner had sent a representation dated 21.06.2021 to the Greater Chennai Commissioner of Police, Chennai seeking to restrain the 2nd respondent viz. the Inspector of Police, P3, Vyasarpadi Police Station, Vysarpadi, Chennai-600039, not to interfere with the civil dispute.

3.Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the Inspector of Police, Vyasarpadi Police Station would not indulge or interfere with the civil dispute. He would further submit that as on date no petition is pending as against the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dispose of accordingly.
