(CRIME NO.220/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to totally relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30am on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.220/2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAMAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10339 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am on the file of the respondent police in Cr.No.220/2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
