This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in crime No.112 of 2024 within a stipulated time as directed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in crime No.112 of 2024 has been transferred from the file of the respondent police to the file of the Inspector of Police, Kilambakkam Police Station, Chennai. 3.

Therefore, the Inspector of Police, Kilambakkam Police Station, Chennai is directed to complete the investigation of the above case and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
