O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the online application filed by the petitioner dated 13.01.2020 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner has been taken on file and the enquiry is fixed on 23.09.2020 at 03.00 P.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present during enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the sole respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the respondent has already fixed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
