No.141 / 2, New S. F. No 141/2A admeasuring about 0.50.0 hectare and S.F. No

141/2B admeasuring 0.074.5 hectare in total 181⁄2 cents situated in Manjambakkam village to the petitioner in the light of this Honourbale Court order dated 11.10.2022 passed in W.P. No.33782 of 2015 in accordance with law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 24.07.2023 made by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation on 24.07.2023 to reconvey and handover physical possession of the subject land. However the said representation was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Standing Counsel, appears on behalf of the 2nd respondent and requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate and Standing Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2023 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
