The contempt petition was filed aggrieved by non compliance of the order dated 03.09.2019 passed in W.P.No.17400 of 2019. 2.It is reported that pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondent/contemnor has directed the petitioner herein to deposit the stamp papers for execution of the sale deed and the petitioner has also deposited the stamp papers for execution of the sale deed. 2/4

3.Learned counsel for the respondents assures that the execution of the sale deed will be completed within few days. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
