PRAYER: Tr.C.M.P. filed under section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.26 of 2012 from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvarur and transfer the same to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam. For Petitioners : Mr.P.Vijendran For Respondent : Mr.T.Arul
O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the transfer petition was filed only on account of the biased attitude of the Presiding Officer. The learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
