ORDER
The writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents for rectifying the designation of the petitioner as "Wireman Helper" in the Service Register in the place of the "Street Light Helper".
2. As a matter of fact when the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of W.P.No.19452 of 2017, in which this Court had granted liberty to the respondents to rectify the errors in respect of the revision of pay.
3. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent Corporation would submit that already the matter was taken up by the letter of the 3rd respondent dated 03.06.2022. Thereafter, there has been series of exchange of communication/reply between the Government and 3rd respondent Corporation.

4. Finally, a reminder has been sent to the Government to issue final directions in this regard vide Letter bearing Na.Ka.No.C1/2304/2020 dated 13.12.2023, which is now pending with the Government.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st and the 2nd respondents would submit that the Government will consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within such reasonable time.
6. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- i. The Government shall consider the proposal as emanated from the 3rd respondent by the Letter dated 03.06.2022, for which a reminder letter was sent on 13.12.2023 and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
ii. No cost.
