ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 379, 430 of I.P.C. and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Cr.No.237 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have involved in illegal transportation of two units of sand. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that there are three previous cases as against the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are three previous cases as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
