PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience for not implementing the order dated 17.01.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.124 of 2014. ORDER

(Order of the Court was passed by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The matter was heard through "Video Conference".

2. When the matter is called today, Mr. K.V.Dhanapalan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the order has been complied with, the pension order has not been served upon him. Mr. R.Shankaranarayanan, Learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing for the Respondents submits that the order has been complied and a copy of the pension order would be served upon him.

3. Recording the submissions made by the Learned Counsel appearing on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if the Petitioner has got any grievance with regard to the pensionary benefits, it is 2/3

always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
