ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join his 3rd year B.Tech Course (Information Technology) and also permit him to write the 5th and 6th semester examinations at a stretch during May 2009 as a special case.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
