first respondent banning registration of the sale of the property measuring an extent of 43 cents, i.e., 23 cents comprised in S.No.137/91, situated at No.45, Thiruvidanthai Village, Thiruporur Panchayat Union, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District and 16 cents in S.No.67/18-A, and 4 cents comprised in S.No.67/11 situated at No.45, Chemmancherry Village, Thiruvidanthai Group, Thiruporur Panchayat Union, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District and quash the same and direct the second, third and fourth and sixth respondents herein to permit the petitioner, legal representative, successor in interest to sell the property of the petitioner by executing the sale deed in favour of any prospective purchaser/es and to receive and consider the application for sanction plan respectively by the petitioner in accordance with law. Heard the learned counsels appearing for both the parties.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel that the issue raised in the writ petition has already been settled by this Court in order dated 12.04.2006 in a batch of Writ petitions in W.P.Nos.23318, 23319, 16046 of 2004 etc.,

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition is concerned. Therefore, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
