(Order of the Court was made by the N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) The matter is heard through videoconferencing. 2.
The petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus petition seeking production of her daughter S. Pavithra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

When the matter is called today, the Inspector of Police, Selaiyur, produced the detenue S.Pavithra. The detenue, who is a BPT degree holder, would categorically state that she got married to K. Sahul Madhar, S/o. Khaleel Rehman, the 3rd respondent herein, who is a Respiratory Therapist on 3rd September, 2020, at the mosque at Kamarajapuram, Selaiyur. Both Pavithra and her husband would state that they got their marriage registered before the Registration Authorities. 4.
The petitioner, her husband and her sister are also present. The sister of the petitioner interacted with the detenue Pavithra. The petitioner Hemavathi and her husband are found to be emotional and they are unable to interact with their daughter and therefore, the detenue has been advised to contact her parents regularly through video call and thereafter, get their blessings, when everything becomes normal. 5.
Therefore, from the above, it is clear that there is no illegal detention of the petitioner's daughter S. Pavithra and that she got married to the 3rd respondent. Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
