ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 28.02.2025 passed by the first respondent.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e. on 16.06.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 18.06.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 2/4

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
