Prayer in W.P.No.5852/2007: Original Application No.6286 of 2002 filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, on abolition, transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as Writ Petition No.5852 of 2007, seeking for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant time scale of pay of Rs.1820-60-2300-75-3200 from the date of his initial appointment i.e., from 01.11.91 and further direct the respondents to regularise the service of the applicant with effect from 01.11.91, to grant selection grade and promotion to the post of Head Master of Higher Secondary School and other service and attendant benefits arising thereof. Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to grant time scale of pay of Rs.1820-60-2300-75-3200 from the date of their initial appointments i.e., from 01.11.91 and 29.10.91 respectively and further sought for a direction to the respondents to regularise their service with effect from 01.11.91 and 29.10.91 respectively, to grant selection grade and promotion to the post of Head Master of Higher Secondary School and other service and attendant benefits arising thereof. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioners. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate produced the Government Order in G.O.Ms. No.65 dated 30.11.

2015 wherein similar relief has been given to the other petitioners. The learned Government Advocate submitted that in view of the pendency of these writ petitions insofar the petitioners are concerned, the petitioners were not granted the relief prayed for, even though they are eligible.

4.Considering the same and in view of the order passed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.65 dated 30.11.2015, these Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
