ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.629 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29260 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29260 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.629 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29260 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed.
