ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to disburse/make final settlement to the petitioner as a legal heir of the petitioner's son, who died.

2. A settlement agreement has been signed by the petitioner and the fourth respondent before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, on 26.04.2022. In terms of the settlement agreement, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the settlement agreement dated 26.04.2022 shall form part of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
