ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition praying for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 9 to consider his representation dated 06.07.2020 seeking action towards removal of encroachment by the 10th respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the encroachment has been removed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is not correct.
3.Be that as it may, we direct the 7th respondent to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2020 and give a suitable reply within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
