ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further Page No.1 of 4
orders imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3700 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3700 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 is relaxed.
