The Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P. No.11107 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the restoration petition in the above C.M.A. No.245 of 2018 which was dismissed for default on 29.08.2022 and the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P. No.11106 of 2023 is filed to restore the said appeal.

2. Though notice was served to the respondents and name also printed, today (14.09.2023), when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the respondents.
