The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2015.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was lodged by the petitioner as against her husband on 24.09.2015, but, subsequently on 28.10.2015, she herself has given a letter stating that there is no need to take action on the said complaint. A copy of the letter has also been produced for the perusal of this Court.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner/complainant herself has withdrawn the complaint, I am of the opinion that there is no need to give specific direction to the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
