Heard Ms.R.Poornima, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

2.The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking to issue a direction to the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to install Aavin Milk Parlour at Mohan Kumaramangalam Government Medical College and Hospital, Salem. 3.According to the petitioner, there is a Government Order which states that an Aavin Milk Parlour should be installed in all hospital premises. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

would refer to the various representation given by the petitioner and also the stipulations given in G.O.(Ms) No.59 dated 20.02.2003. It appears that the second respondent has also sent a letter to the Executive Engineer (Buildings), Public Works Department, Salem-7 on 27.04.2012.

4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Salem-7, to consider the proposal dated 27.04.2012 and proceed in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since he is not a party in this Writ Petition, a copy of the order shall be communicated to him.
