ORDER

Wife is the petitioner herein. The transfer CMP is filed to transfer I.A.No.29 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.96 of 2012 filed by the respondent husband for divorce, from Sub Court, Tiruchengode to Family Court, Salem on the ground that M.C.No.23 of 2015 filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. by the wife is pending before the Family Court, Salem.

2. In my considered view, the question of transfer can be considered after I.A.No.29 of 2015 is disposed of. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner requests this Court to pass appropriate direction to the Sub Court, Tiruchengode to dispose of I.A.No.29 of 2015 within a reasonable time.

3. Hence, the transfer CMP is dismissed by directing the Sub Court, Tiruchengode to dispose of I.A.No.29 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.96 of 2012 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, liberty is given to the petitioner to file such an application for transfer, if advised so, subject to the outcome of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.A.No.29 of 2015. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
