C.E.
PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 27.04.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.
4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.
5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 27.04.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
