(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for furnishing sureties in the order dated 06.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.563 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order has been passed on 06.02.2020 and the order copy has been made ready on 13.02.2020 and the petitioner is directed to surrender within 15 days before the concerned court otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.
