By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to forbear the 5th respondent from proceeding with the construction in Kottam -1 Manali Pudhu Nagar, Edyanchavadi Village, Tiruvallur District without getting proper plan approval and No Objection Certificate from the appropriate Authorities.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the prayer sought for in the writ petition is at large, he claims relief only to the extent that the construction activity of the fifth respondent shall be permitted only after obtaining necessary permission from the competent authorities as per the proceedings dated 01.12.2017, for which, the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submitted that the construction activity by the fifth respondent would be proceeded with only after getting necessary approval from the competent authorities.

4. Under such circumstances, recording the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
