ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner herein has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action pursuant to the representation dated 27.05.2020 under Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 (Act 13/1970).

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the private respondent has put up construction contrary to the Act, we do not find any such allegation in the representation made on 27.05.2020. In the said representation, the petitioner only seeks to protect his title, which is the subject matter of the suit pending on the file of the Sub Court, Karaikal in O.S.No.61 of 2020.

4.In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands closed. However, closing of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner getting appropriate orders in the pending suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
