Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition viz., "5(b) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court order dated 20.12.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.33884 of 2019 in Crime No.411 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mecheri Police Station, Salem District.

O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33884 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33884 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
