[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned proceedings signed on 04.03.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. P. Vijendran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before this Court.

Learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the impugned proceedings signed on 04.03.2025, was served on none of the writ petitioners and hence, the writ petitioners were not able to file the original impugned proceedings. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.13780 of 2025, which reads as follows:

I state that the 1st respondent had issued an impugned proceedings to the third respondent which was also addressed to the 4th respondent herein. The 4th respondent forwarded this impugned proceedings vide O.Mu.4084/2025/A1 dated 04.03.2025 to some of the wealthy villagers for the extraction purpose. But neither the 1st respondent nor the 3rd respondent not issued impugned proceedings either to me or other petitioners. Therefore, the photocopy of the impugned proceedings is enclosed herewith. Otherwise, neither wilful nor wanton.'
