It is seen that on 12.12.2023, the earlier anticipatory bail was dismissed in Crl.O.P.No. 27775 of 2023.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Cr.No. 89 of 2023 registered under Section 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of TN Prohibition Act, as against the petitioner. The final report has been filed indicating the petitioner as absconding.

The Petition seeking anticipatory bail stands dismissed. The petitioner will have to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
