ORDER
The relief sought in this writ petition is to forbear the Respondents from carrying on any development works or laying of Black Top Bitumen Road in the Cart Track in S.No.37/1A of Kandoor Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. There is no representation for the Petitioner.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appeared on behalf of Respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the Petitioner had filed an original suit in O.S.No.154 of 2013 before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur which has been decreed in favour of the Petitioner, pursuant to which, the Respondents dropped the development works or laying of Black Top
Bitumen Road in the Cart Track in S.No.37/1A of Kandoor Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. Therefore, the relief sought by the Petitioner has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
4. In the present case, the relief sought by the Petitioner has become infructuous and hence, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to prosecute the case. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
